Mylease ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Each landlord's data is isolated to their own workspace and never shared with other accounts.
2. Data we collect
Account information (name, email, phone, country), property and tenant records you create, and usage data such as login history and activity logs. Payment information is processed by our payment provider, Stripe, and we do not store full card numbers.
3. How we use data
To provide and improve the service, process subscription payments, send notifications, and detect abuse. We never sell your data.
4. Data retention
We retain your records for the life of your account. You may export or delete your data at any time; deleted records are removed within 30 days.
5. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is gated by authentication and row-level security so each workspace is isolated.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your data, and you may close your account at any time. Contact us to exercise these rights.
